"Nice apartment near Calheta"

the apartment is comfortable and peaceful It has all the basic needs. It was convenient to visit some of the famous "levadas" and the west and small towns south of the island. The communication with the host was good. There is a bus that runs twice a day to go to Funchal.

The apartment is located about 2 kms. from the beach. You need a car or walk up and down the hill to access large supermarkets or going to the beach. The location was a bit isolated.

We booked late, and given that it was high season we were very happy with what we got. Spent a very nice week in the apartment, even with a small terrace and only 5 mins to drive down to Calheta marina & beach. Apartment was clean and well equipped, even with Oil, vinegar and seasonings which we appreciated. Very easy and swift communication with Viktoria.
