Domus Amelio - Country Rooms

The Owner was very friendly, spoke good English and went out of his way to be helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and had all the facilities you might need.

The location is under the airport flight-path so noise begins at 06.30 - but Owner supplies earplugs! Having a car is essential. Finding this place without a satnav could be difficult, especially after dark, as the street signs do not stand out. I felt it was over-priced given the location.

The attention to detail was exceptional. The room had great views, shower was easy to use, bed extremely comfortable, and morning coffee set up was very welcome. Best part was Marco - great host in every way - short stay but he gave me a ride to the sea walk, to dinner and to and from the airport. Living his dream,

There was nothing not to like.

Sehr netter Hotelbetreiber-er ist sehr um seine Gäste bemüht- er hat uns abends auch noch zum Essen in die Stadt gebracht und wieder abgeholt, und auch morgens zum Flughafen Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und mit allem versorgt was man braucht- selbst eine Kochgelegenheit ist da falls jemand länger bleibt

Convenient location to airport. Mario is a fantastic host. Rooms recently renovated. Chinnici is a nice town with some very good restaurants

Marco le propriétaire, est charmant, toujours prêt à vous rendre un service. Très agréable. Le gîte est très agréable également et original.
