The chalet is very nice and sea view. It was clean and includes everything you need for your stay. Mohamed the owner is very helpful and nice. He replies quickly to any question or inquiry. The compound is very nice and there is a supermarket if you need anything. We had a pleasant vacation and it won’t be the last one there isA.

1. The property was extremely dirty with used tissues thrown on the sofa & a discarded old underwear in the bathroom. We notified the owner who asked us to call the cleaning crew & paid us back for the extra cleaning fees (the property was supposedly cleaned before our arrival & we were supposed to only supervise & pay for the cleaning at the end of our stay). So we had to waste a few hours as we arrived to wait for the cleaning crew to finish their work. 2. There was a problem with the electricity that caused the TV, the AC in one of the bedrooms, and some of the outlets to be disconnected. Again the owner sent us the maintenance team & paid for it but we weren’t going on a vacation just to do cleaning & maintenance work on someone else’s property. 3. The owner asked us to supervise the cleaning crew at the end of our stay & asked for photos as a proof that the property was cleaned to HIS standards. While I don’t mind the original request, I have to wonder if he did this with every renter, how come the property was so dirty when we arrived?! Also, he went into ridiculous details like asking us - after we sent the photos of the place post cleaning - to: “ please tell the cleaning crew to dry off the bathroom floors completely as I can see from the photos that they are slightly wet”. 4. The owner informed me of extra fees (1,500 EGP per stay + 250 EGP per car) after I made the reservation & paid for it on Booking.com, I couldn’t debate these fees although they weren’t mentioned anywhere in the booking conditions because the booking was non refundable. Regardless of the extra fees amount, there shouldn’t be hidden fees at all. The only good thing in our stay was that the owner offered us very late checkout.

Owner was helpful & sent the locations for best spots on the beach & following up with us if there’s any issues

The location and view of the property are very nice. It has all amenities.The host Mr. Mohamed is very responsive, friendly and helpful.

Owner fast reflection to any request was amazing View was stunning Location was very good

The beach is full of rocks

Comfortable however it needs some maintenance and it will be perfect

It was clean and the owner MR Mohamed was very supported and in touch all the time providing all the tools and help to make our stay comfortable

Just if they can do some activities for the kids will be fantastic
