Place was clean and cozy

The owner. He wouldn't let me check in until 7pm and then walked into the until without warning demanding that I leave now because he had Superbowl pans he needed to endure. The following day he responds with a picture of the floor with 3 pieces of popcorn and it. And a small ashy spot on a blanket demanding $175 in cleaning fees . Obsurd! The apartment was left clean. Especially given that I was only awake in that unit for maybe a total of 2 hours. Especially since I wasn't able to check in until 4 hours after I was supposed to.

I didn’t like the neighborhood. The location is not good, at least not for tourists. Restaurants, bars, convenience stores and shops are very far driving from there. The apartment needs updates, mainly in the kitchen. I don’t know if the stovetop works as there is no cooking pan available nor kitchenware (there are cups, plates and forks but they are all disposable plastic or paper). The air fresheners are located in each room and stairs, but they are so strong that gave me headache and nausea. It seems they are to cover some bad smell.

I had a really nice stay here. The host was very welcoming and friendly, and she gave me some great tips for my trip, which I really appreciated. The space was comfortable and it felt like there was plenty of room to relax. The location is quiet but still close to plenty of local bars and restaurants, which made exploring easy. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

Cute neighborhood, spacious apartment, clean, hosts had thoughtfully provided various toiletries and water/juice. Was quiet too!

I can’t think of anything, I had a good time!

The host were a very hospitable couple. They made us feel welcomed and made efforts to provide basic groceries when we arrived. When we had issues with the WC, the response time to have it fixed was excellent. They also provided sufficient local information concerning street parking in Buffalo.

The hosts attended to issues brought to their attention.

Great place above a family home. Hosts were really accommodating to fit my daughters and I in when our other place fell through.

The A/C is right over the bed and ended up turning it off while we were sleeping because it was a cooler evening. If it had been hot it would have been blowing right on us all night.
