"Location!! Do Not Expect a Friendly Service!!"

Location was perfect!

The reception desk was NOT welcoming or friendly at all. When i arrived at the front desk, I mentioned i have reservations and before I could even tell her that I wanted to leave my luggage since it was quite early- she abruptly had to tell me that I could NOT check in. DUh! What happened to Good Afternoon ? Clearly she was not a happy person. Not a good first hand experience for a 3-4 star Hotel. Would i stay here again? NO
