The apartment was clean and neat like the pictures depict. It was also situated close to a shopping complex which makes it convenient.

Lack of hospitality from the host or care for our comfortability. The bed didn’t have a sheet which was a mistake on their side but they ignored our request for one. Entry and exit into the complex is a hassle because every single time you want to exit/enter you have to ask the host for a code, and the host wouldn't pick up their phone or their phone would be off altogether so we'd wait like 20min to enter/exit, when I asked that we be sent codes in advance so there’s no delay she said they don’t do that and that she’s available 24/7 so she’s be able to give the codes on requests but that didn’t prove to . I also asked for a heater cause it had been cold (I made a note while booking and had to ask two more times) and the answer was no, I also had a bit of an issue when uploading our IDs(request from host) which I made the host aware of and Instead of assisting she said I am more than welcome to cancel, knowing well that there are no refunds for the cancellation so my take is the hosts only care about getting paid cause once you’ve booked you’re getting nothing else from them.

The place was great. We will definitely be booking again.

The check in was too late and the check out was too early.
