The facility was larger than the photos gave credit, the space was a through lounge & kitchen area. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location could not have been more central in Castlewellan for getting around locally. The host was very helpful. The property is very much worth the fee

There was nothing I personally disliked.

Only positive is that it is in centre of town

1. From outside it looks grim. Above a dilapidated hairdressers. The hairdressers place was being renovated which resulted in a strong smell of adhesive. Overall the property is partially renovated and feels it 2. The shower is either freezing or scalding. Told one and response was “ no one else said that “. However it’s clearly mentioned in a previous review 3. TV didn’t work. Response from owner was the same as above “ was working earlier”. Zero effort to resolve issues 4. Stains around velux window in kitchen due to leaking … unsightly 5. Owner is unhelpful , verging on rude and didn’t make any attempt to resolve issues 6. For £120 it’s a rip off. Wouldn’t pay £60 for it

Location perfect. Castlewellan park just around the corner.

Central location Had everything that i needed

Great space, good facilities, clean, close to shops and leisure places, car parking facilities, comfortable, quiet, free wifi, tv, lovely decor and design

washing machine didn't work, water pressure very low, shower is either very hot or quite cold, no cooker
