"A great overnight stay on our way to Scotland"

The choice of dishes for breakfast was excellent, there was something for everyone. Service was excellent as was the cooking of the breakfast. Location was very good with a peaceful atmosphere.

There was nothing we didn't like.

"Good stop over on our way home"

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. It was nice that there was someone to greet us when we arrived. The breakfast was great with extra touches like the homemade bread and the offer of more toast etc. The room we stayed in was spacious and well furnished.

The shower room/toilet was small, but it was nice to have this as we thought it was just the bath in the room initially. We could smell a slight odour from the surrounding farm, which may be worse should you need to open window, but this is to be expected due to its location.

Friendliness of the staff. Location was perfect. Breakfast was AMAZING. Room was a good size, comfortable and clean. Would definitely return..! Perfect
