A really nice, comfortable apartment furnished to a high standard and ideally placed for walking into Ashbourne centre just a few minutes away.

Nothing negative to say about this property.

The apartment is very spacious and great that it has two bathrooms. Very modern decor, plenty of kitchen utensils. Plenty of parking around the back. Great value for money and right in the centre of ashbourne, 5 mins walk to Tescos, high street shops and restaurants. Would definatley stay here again.

The property was spotlessly clean. It was furnished to a really high standard and the kitchen was really well stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook with. Tea, coffee, milk and biscuits were a nice touch. The balcony was nice to sit on in the sunshine. Plenty of car parking and really good directions given from the owner. It was an easy 30 minute drive into Dublin City centre but Ashbourne itself had lots of supermarkets, pubs and places to eat. We were going to see Oasis at Croke Park and we could have got a bus from the end of the road if we didn’t want to drive.

The shower in the bathroom wouldn’t turn off properly and as a result there was water pouring out after using it. Made the owner aware and he said he would sort it out.

Clear guided instructions with images on getting into property. Quick response from owner who was very helpful. Excellent location to shops, restaurants and local family theme park.

Found the kettle was not good enough for use, internally looked a bit worn out. Would recommend replacing for future users.

Excellent apartment. Very quiet area which was perfect for a family trip. Great location for Emerald Park. Walking distance to town centre to restaurants
