"Apartamento frío."

La reforma del apartamento es interesante y es tal como muestran las fotos.

Si buscas confortabilidad, este no es tu apartamento. La temperatura no subió nunca de 18°, incluso estuvimos a 17°, cosa que en una ciudad tan fría es imperdonable. El edificio es muy antiguo, el patio está sucio y la basura la acumulan a la entrada con lo que huele fatal.

Abbastanza luminosa

La macchinetta del caffè non funzionava e comunque non c’erano le cialde, per capire che dovevo accendere lo scaldabagno per avere l’acqua calda ci ho messo un bel po’… e ho trovato uno scarafaggio

"Apartamento para dormir y poco más"

Ubicación muy buena

Llegamos un sábado y hasta el domingo no recogieron la basura del edificio que se colecta en el portal, por lo que no olía muy bien. Se podría limpiar mejor el apartamento, mucho polvo y alguna que otra telaraña. Los productos cotidianos para cocinar tampoco estaban muy limpios. Además la ducha no tenía mampara por lo que al ducharte se mojaba todo.

"Not as i expected"

Location is really good, smart Tv and kitchen items

1) it is nowhere mentioned that you need to pay 25 euro cleaning fee. You will only get keys after you agree on giving that money and also you won't get key code until last minute. I was not informed about this before. Only few hours before check-in the owner said "by the way, there is 25 euro fee" It was very inconvenient for me because ATM charged me extra money for euro withdrowal. You will need to download some app and upload your documents there. 2) was very cold inside. There was no heataing system to adjust. We used to go somewhere outside to warm up. 3) mattress was really hard to sleep on and i guess old.

"Pleasant"

Location was perfect, transfers were organised well.

Bed was very uncomfortable and mattress wasn't clean! Single quilts for a double bed were far from ideal. Light above mirror didn't work.
