GBThe propery was very well equipped and in a peaceful spot with lovely gardens which would be ideal for summer visits. It was a nice touch to have a bottle of fizz, pain au chocolat and chopped wood waiting for us, and a huge benefit to have use of a parking pass for car parks in the area - thank you for all of this. Once we got the hang of lighting the wood burner and keeping it lit we were cosy and warm too. It was spotlessly clean and the beds & bedding was super comfy! It was very handy having two bathrooms as we were there with our two adult children. There are so many pretty villages within easy reach; too many walking and cycling opportunities to count; we loved seeing ponies/donkeys/deer etc and hearing owls hooting - so much nature it was wonderful. We also loved the fact the coast is only 20mins away where we caught a gorgeous sunset! Highly recommend! Thank you Sue!

I think you should make guests aware before booking about how steep the stairs are, as if you had mobility issues you would struggle with these.
GBGBGBGBThe location of the cottage was idyllic and the house and the garden were just beautiful and full of butterflies. The house was well equipped and spacious. A great place to relax. It was so great to have a dog friendly place. The ponies were an added bonus.
There was no lock on the bathroom upstairs. It would have been great if the bedrooms were a little bigger but they were spacious enough.
GBThe location was superb. It was lovely to have the forest right on your doorstep with the ponies and cattle. The cottage has everything you need and the beds were comfortable
Loved everything was 10/10. Not essential but could do with a couple of footstools to rest your feet after long walks in the forest

GBA very charming cottage, very clean and a fantastic location straight onto the forest, with walks and cycle tracks minutes away. We loved that the ponies were outside the gate. The cottage was comfortable, clean and nicely thought out with all the needed amenities. Would be a perfect cottage for the winter as well as the spring/summer. We really enjoyed our stay.
