There was nothing to like. We pulled up outside, next to the apartment is a seating area where there was people drinking & arguing. No one to meet us & let us in, it goes on an app that is meant to unlock the doors, that didn’t work well but the lock on the front door was broken. The apartment was dark, dirty, bars & metal shutters on all windows & door that made me feel like the area was so unsafe that it needed it but then I couldn’t sleep because I was worried if there was a fire in the blocker we couldn’t get out due to feeling like I was locked in a prison. No kettle or cups or even a spoon to make a tea. Toilet has urine stains what I did email & let them know, to what I was told I’m wrong there is no urine stains (I’ve put the photos up) Bathroom light the wire was exposed (in photos) For some reason there is glass bricks in the front room/shower (I asked my son to stand in there fully clothed just to show you can see right in there. The bed & sofa bed left us all itching, stickers hanging off the walls & some stuck on the light shade & back on the front door. The view from the balcony reminds me of news reports in war zones. People from other apartments banging the entrance door till gone 4am. This apartment needs removing until it is sorted out.
