Lavatrice e asciugatrice, cucina attrezzata, letto comodo, bagno grande.

Il frigo aveva un cattivo odore, la camera con cucina era un po' piccola, alcuni servizi mancavano (anche se ce n'erano di non previsti) e le richieste di check out (come far partire la lavatrice con le lenzuola e asciugamani usati, che non si capiva se erano necessarie o meno, ma comunque un po' eccessive).

The owner is very nice. We could charge our electrical car in the house, very useful.

Wonderful location, beautiful view, easy check-in and check-out.

Due to noises of unclear origin (neighbours renovating/bass from loud music?), the night was quite disturbed.

Compact, neat and clean little studio. Trundle bed and fold-up table & chairs make good use of space. Good kitchen space although it lacked some basic cooking utensils ( vegie peeler, egg whisk, wooden spoon, rubber scraper etc). Mattresses are comfy. Good quality doona. Utilised the extra pillow. Good bathroom with roomy shower. Nice hot water. Picture window allows a lovely view. Convenient location if you have a car.

A more timely provision of directions and access info would have saved a lot of frustration. Info should be provided at least the morning of the booking and bookers shouldn't have to chase up the host. 5pm check-in is unusually late! Beware - Google maps takes you to the wrong place! That is because the estate where the studio is situated (under a new house);is still pretty much a construction site. The site development and many of the houses haven't been completed as the developer/builder has gone bankrupt - according to a local resident we met whilst out walking. That is no fault of the host but does mean there's an incomplete gravel road/track which takes some negotiating - easy once you know how! The table lamp is little use as a reading lamp.
