Everything about the Property was good. The villa was excellent and comfortable and very clean. This is a highly recommended place to relax.

We just had an incident whereby the children from the other villas or function were knocking on our door and windows and running away, it persisted for a while until such time i went to the guard to please intervene.

I liked everything the pool was clean, the rooms r clean they changed sheets was inprest

Everything apart from the bathroom.

There is no space to move in the bathroom. You need to turn sideways to move between the bath and the basin to get to the toilet. This is unit 2.

No breakfast offered

The unit was not cleaned properly when we arrive on 18 February 2025. The porch could not be used because of chicken poo all over. In the one bedroom there was chicken feathers. The unit was only cleaned as from 20 February. There were no tools which could be used to clean. There is a lot of maintenance to be done. In the main bedroom one of the blinds was torn. It seems that burglar guard were added as a afterthought and a lot of paintwork and tiles were damaged in the process. The one cupboard in the main bedroom had a broken doorhandle. The one evening I had to wait for more than 15 minutes before the access gate was opened for us. With a bit of effort this can be a nice place.

I read the warnings on google reviews but decided to try it anyway. They keep roosters close to the rooms and the crowing starts at 03:15am. It is so loud that you end up being exhausted the next day. The amount of urine behind the toilet was disgusting and I tried not to touch anything in the bathroom. The pool was very dirty. We were astounded by the level of noise here. Money wasted.

The drains were blocked, and the water pressure was very low
