Perfect location, great facilities and best staff

Nothing, everything’s was excellent

The hotel was superb! Everything was seamless from the moment we arrived. We were greeted at reception with cold refreshments—a lifesaver in the extreme heat. The staff even helped carry our heavy backpacks to our room. Throughout our stay, the team was friendly, always smiling, and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. ​The room was impressive: massive in size with a large double bed, a bathtub, and a separate walk-in shower. ​The two pools were a highlight. The infinity pool offered a clean, refreshing dip with the East-side view of Railay Beach. The "back pool" (behind building 4) was equally lovely, overlooking a beautiful lake on the property. One tip for the back pool: be extra vigilant with your belongings! The local monkeys are clever and will try to open unattended bags. We caught one in the act, but another guest wasn't so lucky and lost her snacks. They love to play in the garden nearby, so keep a close eye on your things! ​Overall, the hotel was perfect—a 10/10 experience. The breakfast was also incredible with so many options!

It’s clean, nice swimming pool upstairs with amazing view, from my balcony I had also a great view, I enjoyed also the monkeys visit, staff is very friendly and helpful!

SEWAGE, SEWAGE, SEWAGE!!! I stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and couldn’t wait to come back however, I was incredibly disappointed and this hotel ruined our 3 night stay!! We changed rooms after 1 night after an awful smell of sewage was in the room, and the aircon not working. It was also very strong outside along the pathways of the hotel. Our new room (in a different building of the hotel) also stank of sewage!!! But as we were only there for 1 more night, we didn’t want to pack our bags again and move to another room, which would’ve smelt the same. It was so bad, it kept us up at night. Pillows also aren’t great - Almost non-existent. Our first room was 2 single beds pushed together with 2 separate duvets when we were promised a double bed. Because they pushed the beds together, the plug socket was now in the middle of the bed, which meant the bed had to be pulled out from the wall and the pillows would fall through the gap and you couldn’t use the headboard!! Very very disappointed with this hotel and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Leckeres Frühstück, gute Lage, sauber und bequemes Bett. Wir haben viele Affen gesehen 😊 Uns hat der Rooftop-Pool sehr gefallen

Dark, damp rooms. So much better around
