It was beautiful, very clean and the staff were happy, kind, efficient and cared about making our stay wonderful. The room was very nice, all the amenities you will need. Bed was comfortable!

There was no coffee pot in room so if you wanted coffee you had to go down to main floor. No microwave in room to heat up the soup we bought there. You had to put your shoes back on again and go down to main floor. Not very conveance. Same way with ice machine is on main floor again Would I stay again ? I don't know.

The room was comfortable and we were able to quickly and efficiently keep the room at a comfortable temperature. This was especially helpful after having to go outside at 1 in the morning.

During our stay the fire alarm went off around 1 am. We had to hurry and dress and went out into the cold parking lot, it was freezing cold and windy at the time. We waited out in the parking lot until the fire department arrived. Once there they turned of the alarm and told everyone they "should" be safe to go back to their rooms. We were never told what had happened. But we did not get a good nights sleep. Also on the breakfast, I have a dairy allergy. In the future it would be good to include ingredients or label items such as buttermilk pancakes. So that it is easier to find foods that don''t contain allergens.

Great location, comfy beds, pool and hottub felt great, staff super friendly!
