Studio apartment Lemon & Sun

The apartment was very conveniently located, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Ivana is very easy to contact and checked in with me to make sure everything was okay. The door locks securely and it felt very safe.

It is on the 3rd floor, so the stairs may be tricky for someone with mobility issues, but it was fine for me!

The interior is perfect, very cozy and clean, bed is super comfortable, I love the design of lemon and colors of blue and yellow, very aesthetic too. The location is also very close to the old town and the port, super convenient and walking distance to everywhere. Host is also super friendly and helpful, responded to my questions very kindly :) definitely love the stay and would recommend and come back!

The room was very clean. The place had everything you would need to ensure that you had a pleasant stay. The owner, Ivana was very responsive and very kind to leave us some supplies. Great stay, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Split which is close to old town and the beach.

Good location, easily walkable to the Old Town and close to supermarkets etc. All appliances were working well (eg TV, air con, wifi, washing machine). The apartment is very well fit out with everything you need, including all kitchen equipment and nice little touches like milk, sunscreen and washing machine tablets. Ivana was a very responsive and friendly host.

It was beautifully and thoughtfully set up

The apartment was very clean and tidy. We really appreciated the big shower wich also had a rainshower with good pressure. The bathroom was equipped with cotton pads, q-tips ect. The kitchen had all the essensial tools, and the washingmachine and dishwasher was easy to use, and there were detergent available. The fridge had refreshments for us to enjoy. The bedroom was very cosy, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. Another advantage was that the poweroutlets are (among other places) by both sides of the bed and by the sofa. The chairs and table outside the room was lovely to use. The front door of the apartment-complex had a automatic lock, wich made us feel extra safe as not anyone can access the building.

A really compact but functional apartment, perfect for my travels. Great location with easy access to the port, bus station, and Palace. Wonderful host who thought of all the little things!

Ivana's apartment was incredible! You felt just like home from the beginning! It was very clean, nicely decorated and the bed was amazing! I slept like a baby, it was so comfy! The location was perfect, just a couple of minutes walking to the old town. But the best about it was the host, Ivana! She was super nice and helpful! Self check in was very easy and she was always available for any kind of questions! Thank you, Ivana, I would definitely come back.

That I could only stay one night, what a pity... other than that there was nothing I could think of!

Basically everything! The apartment was super clean and had everything you need for a long stay! Ivana the host is very nice and helpful. We bumped into her at a local beach near split and she offered to drive us home and on the way she showed us everything about split! Her husband also drove us to a ferry we needed to catch at the end of our stay. We would 100% stay there again, it’s an easy 10 min walk to down town split where all the resturants and shops are! Thank you again Ivana, hope to see you again!

We liked everything!

Where shall I start from as everything was incredible. The owner was exceptionally kind and helpful. The place is immaculate and well provisioned for. Attention to details is just phenomenal. Neighbors are so warm too. Very safe neighborhood and excellent choice to stay in. Thank you for providing this space for travellers!
