YourHome - Villa Aldo Marino

Our family (my husband and our 2 boys) stayed at Villa Aldo Marino for our spring break trip to Italy. To say this stay was perfection is an understatement. No words can do this stay justice to be honest. Viviana communicated with us prior to arrival, ensured that she and her team met us to carry our luggage to the house, coordinated 2 dinners for us during our 3 night stay, reached out to ensure we were enjoying our stay, arranged car service into town, as well as coordinated our breakfast orders for the breakfast that was prepared each morning at the house by Chef Michaela. The level of personal service that you get with this booking is unexpected and beyond amazing. Apparently, we were the first guests that Chef Michaela cooked breakfast for, which you never would have known. Everything was seamless and the food was fresh and delicious (and she is so nice too!). The house is impeccable and the views are extraordinary (again, not able to do it justice in writing). There is a pool on the expansive and beautiful back porch that our boys loved (and it was a pleasant surprise that they opened it for us given it wasn't set to open until the end of the month I believe). I could have spent the entire time in Positano just sitting on the back porch under the lemon trees overlooking the sea. There are business cards in the kitchen for recommendations of shopping locations in town - if you venture into town, be sure to visit the jewelry and perfume shops - the customer service at both were fantastic! So in closing, I really cannot recommend staying in this villa enough. They have really thought of everything here and it shows. Viviana and her staff could not have been nicer and the stay could not have been any better. We just left less than 2 weeks ago and are already trying to figure out when we can come back!

It is hot in Positano - AC units in bedrooms were great but had a hard time keeping up. Of course there are a lot of stairs - but that’s part of the Positano experience!

What an amazingly stunning place! Our family (5 of us) stayed here for 4 glorious nights and we simply did not want to leave! The house is absolutely beautiful and the views of the water and along the coast are mesmerising. It is out of the main town yet close enough to walk there in 20 mins along the winding road. Our host Viviana was amazing to deal with and arranged everything we needed such as breakfast, dinner and transport. The cook was lovely and made us a divine breakfast every morning. Dinner and groceries were also brought to the villa if we needed. The pool was a highlight and encompassed the water views perfectly. We were lucky enough to have a fireworks display on the water in front of us while we were there for St Peter’s and St Paul’s day on the 29th June. I cannot recommend this place highly enough; it was an absolute highlight of our trip.

The property manager and staff were exceptional. They attended to our every need and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. The villa was stunning and we were very happy.

Nervous about security as all doors didn’t lock. Quite far to walk from to town. At least half Ann hour and roads were sometimes dangerous to walk.

The staff was unbelievable

This property is 10/10 ⭐️ This gem is immaculate, the space is spectacular.

location is Amazing! The Villa was immaculate, comfortable more like a 5 star hotel. The staff essentially was available for every need we have, booking taxis and tours whatever we needed and made sure everything was perfect! I recommend Villa Aldo Marino, our Hostess Viviann who saw after each request,and Staff Marco who made us amazing breakfast every morning and of course Aldo who helped with the luggage and smiles…. Bellissimo Villa Aldo!
