AUI hate this place because i booked it from 13/06/2024 to 17/06/2024 for 4 days .i was arriving on 14/06/2024 in new zealand from Australia for my 4 days vacation.when i reached there around 8 am .the place was locked no body was there .there was written on the door come back around 2 pm.i stayed outside and tried to called them but no one answered it untill 11 am and after 11 am they said you were booked from 13/06/2024 to 14/06/2024 and your stayed is finished .you have to pay if you want to stay from 14/06/2024 to 17/06/2024.i said i paid you from 13/06/204 because i was checking in early morning Even one day before i confirmed them by email that i am coming on 14/06/2024 on 8 am They said okk pay from 13/06/204 then you can check in on 14/06/2024 in the morning But after they make trouble for me Dont go there They didn’t refunded me money as well I never stayed there they just said your booking is finished for 1 day even they never gave me room.it was disappointing because i travelled from Melbourne to aukland and after i booked another hotel and struggle for their rubbish service
