Die Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, hochwertige Türen, die Küchenutensilien Geschirr waren reichhaltig vorhanden. Die 2 Balkone haben wir häufig genutzt. Luxus ist eine eigene Garage benutzen zu dürfen in einer Tiefgarage!!

Ich hätte vorher einen Kurs zur Espressoherstellung mit der Espressokanne, die vorhanden ist, machen sollen. Es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine. Achja und das Bügeleisen fehlte, obwohl es dasein soll. War jetzt nicht tragisch, dann sollte es nicht angegeben werden.

Znakomita lokalizacja w centrum Rivy. Wygodny i perfekcyjnie wyposażony apartament. Świetny widok z balkonu. Bardzo czysto, czuliśmy się komfortowo. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Bardzo miły gospodarz, wzorowy kontakt również w sytuacjach awaryjnych 😊. Polecamy!

Wonderful location in Riva, with all the amenities for a brilliant stay. Great communication from the host. We used public transport our entire holiday and It was easy and accessible. Apartment was even bigger and better than the pictures and the cleanliness was spotless! Perfect base near supermarket and Riva old town.

De locatie is top! De airco is fijn en er is van alles aanwezig in het appartement. Het enige wat we miste waren bierglazen. Fijn dat je je auto in de garage kunt zetten. Met vragen kun je altijd bij de eigenaar terecht!

Het is een kort bed en veel geluid van buiten als je het raam in de slaapkamer open wilt zetten….De wifi is zwak Het is een kleine douche.

We loved this apartment. Very functional, well-thought out, and the kitchen had everything we needed, which was especially appreciated with a superb grocery store being half a block away. Our bus into town stopped right around the corner and the bus station itself was about 6-7 minutes walk away. The waterfront, a couple minutes walk. Great views of the mountains from the balcony and living room. Riva del Garda is a beautiful town and location, and a great base for exploring the surroundings. There is a lot to do in the area if you're relatively active. Matteo guided us through the check-in process on the phone since he needed to be at work when we arrived. There were no problems with this and he is very friendly.

We knew it wouldn't be quiet, being on a busy street just outside the pedestrian-only area. So it really wasn't an issue, just something to be aware of, a small trade-off for it being a very convenient location. I still give the place a 10.

The location was excellent, easy walking distance to Riva Centro, close to grocery store, shops, lake, etc. Our host Matteo met us at the apartment and showed us around. He thought of everything! There was a welcome bottle of wine, coffee, chocolates. Well stocked apartment with everything you could possibly need (shampoo, body wash, moisturizer, laundry detergent, toilet paper, towels, lots of dishes, pot & pans, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher - everything!). Matteo said to call him at any time with any questions.

There was no drying rack to be found in the apartment but we purchased one & left it for future guests….it was the least we could do as the apartment was so great.
