The location was awesome and space in the apartment was very nice, but there were a number of issues overall that led to major disappointment.

First off, the directions for key pickup were not clear, and what was "billed" as a short walk was 10-15 minutes EACH WAY to pick up the keys. Thank goodness we dropped our major luggage off outside of the apartment first and left one of us to stay with the luggage. Second,the internet was not working and after a thorough investigation we discovered the plug was inserted into a power strip, which was off....this is not okay...it's not our job to investigate/discover how to turn on the WIFI. Third, we never found the TV remote....so we couldn't use the television. Fourth, the dryer was STUFFED with sheets and towels and was still on when we arrived. Had we wanted to use the dryer we would have had to do the work of housekeeping and fold a full dryer of stuff. Last, one of the chairs int he living room had a loose leg and was about to break...it was a good thing we discovered this before there was an accident. Furniture was work and sad, with rips in the fabric. Overall...many things discouraged us and I would not recommend this property until things are improved.

Excellent location, at the end of the promenade. Modern apartment, well equipped. You have to go to a small super market (Joker) to pick up the keys which is on your way if you are coming by train. Although check in is from 16:00, they made en extra effort to have it ready earlier when we informed them that we were arriving earlier in Oslo.

The TV is only there for decoration. It is not connected to any receiver and there was no remote control to find in the apartment. Not that important, but still they advertise an apartment with TV.
