Villa Seftali Seaview 4 beds

The villa was very convenient and comfortable - everything you’d need in a home was there, even camping chairs and umbrella you’d need when you go to beach! We enjoyed it very much and definitely thinking coming back!

We stayed at the villa in Kalkan as a group of five, including two teenagers and three adults. Everything was perfect - very comfortable, spotlessly clean, stylish, and with breathtaking views. The villa is spacious, cosy, and has everything you need for a great holiday, including a lovely area for barbecues. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful, always ready with advice and recommendations, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Kalkan itself is a wonderful town, different from other places - calm, welcoming, with a nice atmosphere and crystal-clear sea. We would be happy to come back again, and we are already thinking about returning with a bigger group for a longer stay.

1. Хозяин. Это очень доброжелательный, отзывчивый и общительный человек. Я бы поставил ему 11 из 10 2. Замечательный вид на море, хотя немножечко боковой. 3. Чистота, функциональность пространства и обстановки. 4. Печка и гриль для приготовления барбекю. Вещь незаменимая, мы несколько раз жарили вкуснейшую рыбу на углях 5. Прекрасный внутренний дворик с уличной мебелью и лежаками возле бассейна. 6. Уютный маленький бассейн с видом на море.

1. Есть небольшой дефицит педантичности в подготовке санузлов и сантехники и обслуживании таких деталей как заполненность диспансеров для мыла и работоспособности выключателей. Но это мелочи, скорее я – педант. 2. Очень крутой уклон дороги, где стоит вилла. Требует особенностей в подъезде и парковке возле виллы. Не то чтобы это недостаток, просто особенность. 3. Пожалуй главное для меня – подушки невысокого качества. Скорее даже ниже среднего. Я бы пожелал их заменить гостям, которые очевидно привыкли к лучшему сну.

Stort, bekvämt och mycket prisvärt

Everything we needed was in the villa. Fully equipped kitchen. Great clean pool. Even has a gym. Table tennis was great fun. Excellent view. Also has a terrace. All the beds and bedrooms were very comfy. Great location, although the street was a little steep. About 5-10 mins from the city centre and seaside. Vincent is a great host, he was very kind and accommodating. We would love to come back next year. Started planning next year’s holiday already.

We had such a great time at Villa Şeftali. The pool was always clean, and someone came by a few times a week to take care of it and also handled the garbage, which made things super easy for us. We had a lot of fun playing table tennis and enjoyed using the small but nicely equipped gym. The view was beautiful, and the beds were really comfortable. The owner of the house was always available for the guests and ready to help with anything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Thank you for a lovely experience. We are already looking forward to coming back!

Great villa for the company or big family. We celebrated my birthday here. Two barbeque zones, great swimming pool, fully furnished kitchen, washing machine and 4 bedrooms. Vincent was very helpful, he met us and made a small excursion.

It's better to come in your own/rent car, but you can also use taxi, they have huge taxi park in Kalkan.
