The Lodge at The Outside Inn

Can't fault this place. Ryan was an excellent host. The place was perfect. Clean, tidy and well maintained. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here. A little oasis away from the hubbub.

Spacious but cosy, nice layout, relatively remote.

The bed area felt claustrophobic

The only thing I would recommend is a gate on the entrance to the lodge to make it secure for visitors with dogs or young children

The whole concept was great. Trolleys provided to wheel bags up from car.

Lack of information on walks and surrounding areas. Had to bring our own logs and water. Bedside light didn't work and was covered in dust. The bedding for the pull out bed was very old. The hot tub was not at temperature on arrival and parts had fallen off and were in the hot tub. The ejecter pieces fell out when in the water and the Bluetooth speakers didn't work. The water in sink was scolding hot so be careful. There were only three plates and four of us...

Was exactly as I imagined very romantic!

If I had to pick anything… bed was too far from tv and fan in bathroom didn’t work but neither was a problem
