Casa Made' Luxury and Exclusive home in Polignano a Mare

This property was exactly what we expected. Prime location, good facilities, very clean and very comfortable. Its location was perfect and the parking provided was safe. Polognano a Mare is a characterful town and the locals are both helpful and friendly, especially the 'Braceria dello Sport' - a butchers with a historic charcoal grill, run by a close-knit family, prepares and serves top local products and different types of quality meat. Great value for money and very near by.

It is an upper floor flat flat accessible by stairs only but we hadn't realised that it was up 4 flights of steps on the second floor.

The floor of the room and bathroom had thick dust and was not clean. Must improve

Not too far out of town. The apartment was on the second floor, no lifts and no sea views except for the paintings inside. The accommodation itself was good. Nice bathroom and kitchen but not enough cups for coffee or tea. A lovely inlet to the right of the property was wonderful for swimming and people watching!

Lack of processes to provide information about location of the property. We required many phone calls to access property and 3 hrs later when we finally found it and accessed the apartment it was 5 pm. The cleaner was still cleaning and we had to come back half an hour later. Also info about the internet needed another phone call to owners who spoke little English. There was no information sheet at all, to clarify the workings of the apartment.

Overpriced Around the house where is some construction and when we came out where is no eletricity so needed some time to figure our how to turn on it.
