"FILTHY and DISGUSTING"

DO NOT BOOK THIS FILTHY PLACE! Was dirty, only seat a broken sofa with one cushion, smelling of cat piss. Bathroom stunk of urine, no hot water, left over toiletries from previous people, no wash basin except toilet bucket. One cup and two threadbare towels for four people. Did I say FILTHY and DISGUSTING? Rubbish outside, bed springs broken, biting bugs.....liked NOTHING! And resented paying.

Did not like anything about this filthy place....staff totally disinterested....no cleaning being done! Did I mention filthy and disgusting? Shall I say it again FILTHY! Floor covering ripped and sticky. Windows boarded up. Fan and air conditioning did not work. Mangey , sick cats hanging around. BAD!!!

NO WATER SUPPLY. . Irresponsible staff. . Cockroach appear inside room and sneaking my stuff. . Beach full of garbage. . Advertisement different from actual service. .

"This cottage really should upgrade their facility"

The assistant from the front staff is good enough.

Other than front desk staff; the rest quite poor especially the water supply in the toilet.
