Marbella Central 1 by Homing

Location is good.

The apartment was very dirty, floors and kitchen were even sticky, sheets didn’t look fresh as well. The check in process is nonsense, a way too much information is asked and they even ask to upload children passports and selfies… in order to check in you need to go to their office which is 10 minutes away from the apartment, it’s not comfy when you are with a luggage. Also I didn’t get my deposit back for over a month, even though they state that they give it back in 7 days.

Muy conforme con el trato, muy amables y pacientes. El apto está muy bien ubicado, limpio, amplio y cómodo, 100% recomendado.

It is a spacious flat on the 2nd of nth floor building. One of the bedrooms is nice an quite. It just a typical flat so is good for longer stay. The internet conection was perfect. Good mattresses on the beds.

The flat is very noisy, located close to the busy street from one side, and an elementary school from the other one. This accomodation is not well maintained. It is only cleaned superficially, in many places it is simply dirty. Old and damaged kitchen equipment.

Durty , not a 2 single beds but it is 1 bed with additional section
