Centrally located, very clean, spacious rooms, courteous and cooperative staff. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Waynad. After all the sightseeing, the hotel stay was very relaxing. A five star experience. Breakfast was tasty .

Great location. Hotel was comfortable and satisfactory.

The overall stay at the hotel was comfortable and satisfactory. However, I would like to highlight a concern regarding the complimentary breakfast. The booking was made under the “breakfast included” category, but this was not reflected during the stay. The hotel staff informed us that breakfast was not included in the selected plan, and as a result, it was never offered. It would be helpful if there were better alignment between the booking details and what is honored at the property, to avoid such confusion for guests in the future.

Booked a suite. All facilities worked as intended. Free parking in front of hotel. Beds are comfy. Room is spacious. Breakfast buffet is alright, same menu everyday. Their a la carte menu is great!

Note that the toilet is connected to the bathroom. When you take a bath, the whole space becomes wet.

Très bon accueil, personnel agréable et souriant. Le 1er prix booking est une chambre standard sans fenêtre, ce qui n'était pas mentionné, nous avons pu changer en arrivant pour qq € de plus. La nouvelle chambre est spacieuse, le lit king size est parfait, et un bureau près de la fenêtre. Tout est propre, le ménage est fait méticuleusement chaque jour. Le petit plus fut la paroi de douche, indispensable pour nous Le restau au RDC est bon, les serveurs et managers très sympathiques sont attentifs, réactifs, et souhaitent faire plaisir dans toute la mesure du possible. Emplacement dans le centre près d'un supermarket, et dans une rue à l'arrière de Main road, c'est calme la nuit.

La clim sent mauvais et la ventilation aussi. Impossible de les laisser allumées.
