Die kleine Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Ich nutze diese Art der Übernachtung lieber als ein teures Hotel und es war bereits mein dritter Aufenthalt in diesem Wohnblock von Property Concept.

Wie in allen Wohnungen dieser Art fehlt mir in der Küche ein Geschirrtuch und ein Wischlappen, das bringe ich nun immer mit, um auch mal einen Tisch abwischen zu können und das Geschirr zu trocknen. Das Besteck könnte mal wieder aufgefüllt werden, Es gab nur einen kleinen Löffel. Aber das sind verschmerzbare Kleinigkeiten.

Great clean apartment, it was a little bit hard to find, but not impossible. Host was nice and in contact all the time. Would recommend staying here!

A little complicated to find the right entrance, but not critical. Area looks like typical eastern Europe, but feels overall safe.

La camera è dotata di tutti i servizi necessari ed è molto pulita. La cosa che più mi ha sorpreso è stato il servizio offerto riguardo la sostituzione di un phon non funzionante; dopo averlo segnalato, nel giro di 10 minuti si è presentato un signore che ci ha portato un phon nuovo. La temperatura in camera era confortevole e, nonostante si trovasse al piano 1° con affaccio su un cortile interno, non si sentiva alcun rumore provenire dall'esterno. La posizione non è centralissima ma ci sono un paio di fermate del bus nelle vicinanze con cui poter raggiungere il centro.

Il letto sprofondava un po' ed i cuscini erano troppo vuoti all'interno. Nel complesso però (sarà anche per la stanchezza a fine giornata) mi svegliavo abbastanza riposato.

O espaço é novo, confortável e sossegado. O estúdio tem tudo o que precisas para uma estadia tanto curta como de alguns dias. Temos muito perto um supermercado Mega Image e um restaurante italiano muito bom.

Fica um pouco longe do centro da cidade e dos locais mais icónicos de Bucareste mas há transportes públicos disponíveis
