Romantic 1 Bedroom with Pool

The view of the cityscape was breathtaking. The flat was okay and comfortable to sleep in. So kind of the host to provide an extension outlet that supports 3-prong plug.

There was no toilet paper so I had to provide that for myself. Other than that, it was a comfy stay in the flat.

No serving of breakfast, the hotel was bad it's unsanitary, there's no such free tissue or at least a bottle of water, I didn't like it, I've expect too much from the hotel but it didn't went well, it's in tower two. Never going there again

I like they have a lot of extra beds, walking distance to Megamall and everything, very convenient.

They have a lot of hidden charges like pay Cash upfront when you check in p150/per guest for utilities, key deposit for p300 and other some fees that are not advertised on their ad. You will receive text after you booked it with all the fees and the booking is not refundable. If you are not prepared or don't have cash in hand then goodluck.

The building is new

Location and the ease of checking in/out. It has kitchen supplies and even a washing machine.

Wear and tear is very apparent. The unit needs some upkeeping. The small roaches (this is a common issue with old condos in the area) need to be addressed. There were close to a dozen that showed up during our stay. Only REGULAR cleaning/disinfecting can address this. Please organize the kitchen cabinets well. The dishes looked like how they were left by the previous occupants. There should not be hidden costs like the utility fee of 150/head. The security deposit was returned hours later via Gcash. This could have been done more efficiently.

The room is so hot during the day due to direct sunlight, the curtains are not black out enough to block the warmth of the sunlight. Despite the ac, the room is still hot and it only became cool after the sunset. The sheets and linens looked dirty and used because of the color. They should be changed to white linens so that the guest would know it’s clean. I highly doubt it is being changed every after guests due to it’s color and smell. There is no hot water. The sliding door was not working,we couldn’t slide the door closed at all. There were so many tiny cockroaches. We couldn’t bear to leave my son’s milk bottle anywhere because there were cockroaches everywhere. The host was not considerable enough to waive the early check in fee. We arrived in Manila at 9AM, then checked out at 3AM for our next flight. Though we only stayed for 18 hours, the host was not that considerate. The utility fees of 150 per person shouldn’t be billed to the guest. We had to throw our own garbage upon check out in the basement.
