Well equipped, modern apartment; we didn't miss anything. Very good location, few steps from the beach. Very quiet at the end of October (we like that).

Immaculate apartment in new building with a lovely pool and right on the sea in a great location at the quiet end of Grebastica seafront. Owners live in downstairs apartment and are always on hand if you need anything. Very comfortable beds. Well equipped and apartment sound proofed so very quiet for sleeping.

Small improvements would be: double duvets on double beds instead of two single duvets on each. A second shared washing machine. Only other thing is that the carpark at the back is very small and difficult to access and fills up quickly. Parking on narrow seafront lane is the only other option and this is always busy too.

The hosts were very approachable and accommodating. The unit was new and very clean with a lovely terrace and view of the beautiful Adriatic Sea with the beach area right there. Would highly recommend this charming hotel.

Grebastica is a small Croatian village in a quiet, tiny bay. In the bay you can go swimming, water biking and there is a small aqua park. The beach is a minute's walk from the house, but there are private sunbeds on the beach in front of the house. The whole environment is very quiet, no nightclubs or nightlife. Absolutely ideal if you go with a family. The accommodation is beautiful and clean. Our apartment was spacious, equipped with everything. The balcony has a sumptuous view of the sea and sunset. There are two small grocery stores in the village and several small restaurants: 2-5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. It is very convenient to forget about the car altogether. If you need something extra: there is a huge shopping centre about 8 minutes drive away. And Sibenik is 12 minutes away by car. There is nothing extra to see in the village, but... we walked up to the 15th century defensive wall (beautiful at sunset!), went up to the old church, walked around Sibenik, had a good meal and a drink. If you want to snorkel, there's some really cool aquatic life a few minutes west: sponges, starfish, anemones, etc. All in all, there is something for everyone here, with a good heart

My only negative is that the bed is very (very) soft, almost like a waterbed. We do not like this, especially as the double bed has a shared mattress (not a double). So I slept on the sofa bed, which was very comfortable.

Beautiful penthouse with a huge amazing balcony and sunset view. Located in a cozy and calm town. Perfect place to relax.

Altogether a very good stay.

The main problem again is Booking.com. On a few occasions i have booked and the description of what i think i am booking is on the screen but when the confirmation comes through it is not always the same and of course i dont fully check and or cancelling changing the booking becomes a problem ! To be clear this is no reflection on our stay. But communicating dealing with AI companies is just impossible, hence i have put this here !!

Everything was perfect - room, view, owners, services,...Amazing stay!
