DO NOT BOOK HERE -Before we even started our journey to get to Tivoli we got ONE message that told us someone would meet us at the apartment to give the keys and we just need to reach out 20-30 minutes before arrival to give them a fair warning. We followed this instruction to a T. We did arrive a little early and let them know we would be and didn't necessarily expect them to accommodate that HOWEVER.. *They gave us an non-working number to call or text that we could not get through on *They did not respond to any booking.com, WhatsApp or general text messages/calls *We scoured the internet, listings and websites to find alternate numbers and called/ messaged all of them -They left us outside the apartment for 2 hours with no responses AT ALL -Finally after 2 hours we got through on a number that WE FOUND and this number connected us to a hotel that was a 1 hour walk or 60Euro uber EACH WAY from the apartment (had they ever told us this first we would have stopped there on the way) -The hotel we did finally contact told us check in was at 4 (it was supposed to be at 3) and that we had to go there. We said no and the man hung up on us THREE TIMES and never called back or tried to help us. - 3 kind local residents tried to help us contact someone and even they couldn't get in touch with anyone and found it crazy that we were left on the street for 2 hours - We contacted booking.com directly and worked with a kind person who said THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE and they took over the process and told us the next steps to take. - AS SOON AS BOOKING.COM TOOK OVER, THE HOST BEGAN CALLING US OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN (6 TIMES IN 5 MINUTES) TRYING TO NOW GET IN CONTACT. THEY CLAIM TO SAY THEY TOLD US THAT THE CHECKIN PROCESS HAPPENED AT THE HOTEL PRIOR BUT THEY ABSOLUTELY DID NOT AND WE HAD PROOF. - With the help of booking.

great apartment, great location, clean, spacious, fair price.

The host didn't keep her promise to be at the apartment at arrival. After 3 phone calls and a long wait, she (or her representative) arrived and almost threw the keys at me for no apparent reason. At first, she was not willing to leave her car to show us around in the apartment. There hadn't been a unfriendly interaction before. She was unnecessary rude. The place, by the way, was nice and clean on a great location, so our stay during those days was good. When leaving after a few days, she was rude again. She was sitting in her car waiting for us to leave. When I walked towards her to say goodbye she blew cigarette smoke in my face and looked away. If she was my employee, I would have fired her on the spot. If she is the host, she doen't deserve customers.

It's a fabulous space in a fabulous town... the view from there is STUNNING. I love Tivoli! Wish we stayed longer: impeccably clean, luxurious appliances, marble – yes. I'm not against marble at all.

The check–in instructions somehow were not clear to me, maybe I was tired... but it ALL RESOLVED MOST SPEEDILY AND HOSPITABLY (yes, I want it to be clear). Huge Thanks To All Involved! Highest Praise!

This apartment was very clean, beautiful and comfortable, with an amazing view. Very close to parking and convenient to restaurants and activities.

We needed to stop at a hotel a few km away to pick up the keys. The instructions for finding the building, parking and entering were very unhelpful. The exact address is not provided—just the street name and an approximate map (hint: via Massimo 6 is the address, 7 is the apartment number; park in the underground garage across the street—not “right in front of the building” as we were told. But the worse part was the gate of the building was extremely difficult to open. Several kind Italians stopped to help us and eventually we got in, but then we were afraid to leave. That evening someone propped the door open so we could get back in after dinner, but the next day we spent over 45 minutes trying to get back in. I messaged the host and they finally agreed to send someone over. This experience soured our stay and as a result I would not recommend this apartment. This was very much in contrast to all the other places we stayed in italy, where the host met us and made sure we got into the building and knew where everything was.
