The best apartment we rented in NYC. Great experience, highly recommended. Presents such as wine and sweets made us feel like at home.

Very nice Neighborhood. We felt very safe.

The room was basic but had everything we required eg. Microwave, fridge, table, heating, cooking hotplate, coffee maker. The location was approx 1.5kms from the rail station, perfect for our daily exercise. The suburb had a friendly vibe with plenty out walking their dogs Some beautiful houses in the tree lined streets. Walking distance to shops & Trader Joes supermarket.

The room was on the small size but manageable for 2 people.

The host was exceptionnal, attentive, truly cares. For welcoming there was a bottle of wine, note and a basket of chocolate🙌🏿 THe space was amazing and organized. Quiet area and easy getting anywhere with public transportation Next time in NY will be at COZY😍✅️.

This was a perfect stay for our first trip to New York. We liked the nice neighborhood (quiet at night for peaceful sleep), close connection to the sub, and close grocery stores. Additionally, I have to mention the nice clean apartment, a lot of useful accessories (hairdryer, toaster, microwave, coffee machine + coffee, fridge..) The host Jonatan is also extraordinary. For welcome there was a full basket of chocolates and a bottle of great wine. When we will be next time in New York, this is the place that we will stay. Thank you, Jonatan for all!

There was no thermostat and the heat wasn't on so i had to use the blow dryer to warm myself up. Its not a studio or an apartment thats a misleading title. Its a tiny room in a house. Which is connected to another room (there's a second door in the bathroom) and the door isn't sound proof and so you can hear absolutely everything in the other room, its was so loud that it felt like someone is else was in the "studio" with me and i felt uncomfortable using the bathroom, talking on the phone etc so there is no privacy here.

We really loved this cozy studio, which really helped make our first time in NYC unforgettable. Perfect location, comfortable public transport (nighttime too). The studio was really comfortable, clean, quiet with a really lovely neighborhood and the host was always helpful. We can 100% recommend👌🏻
