"Wonderful home away from home"

Took us a while to find the property on foot but worth the hike for us. Spotlessly clean & lovely home. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Couldn’t have been lovelier. Owners rightfully take great pride in their home. Betws-Y-Coed has been a highlight of our trip so far.

Quietness

Shower - lack in pressure. The nights were cold. The heaters were on timer and by early night became colder. Fire place could not be used.

Great location. Really well equipped. Warm and cosy.

We were asked to contact Finest Retreats with any breakages or issues. I sent them an email as instructed and never heard back from them which I frankly think is rude.
