"Very comfortable, well appointed & lovely food!"

The rooms were very well appointed & the bed was very comfortable. We had the best meal in the San Merino restaurant and the staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful.

The air con was the only thing I would complain about. It was really noisy just like a jet engine starting up, very annoying.

We were put on a lower floor which had 2 flights of stairs down to get to our room. No elevator in the building and we were not even asked if that would pose a mobility problem. There is nobody on premises after evening hours. SOOoooo if there on any problems, guests are on their own. Great potential but poor management.
