1. erst auf Anfrage Schlüsselcode erhalten. 2. falscher Strassenname. Beziehungsweise 2. verschiedene Strassennamen Wir mussten selber die richtige Strasse finden. 3. wieder anfragen welche Türnummer zum Schlüssel passt. Dann hat uns ein deprimierend eingerichtetes Zimmer "empfangen", das WC absolut unakzeptabel. Nach dem Duschen ist der Boden ausserhalb komplett nass, weil der Vorhang zu kurz ist. Lampe kaputt, Zahnglashalter voller altem verklebtem Dreck. WCDeckel nur auf das WC hingestellt und erst noch viel zu klein. Ich kann hier gar nicht alles aufzählen! Wir sind einfach nur entsetzt und sprachlos, da ich seit Jahren über Booking reise.

The location.

The whole stay was a disappointing experience. We booked this apartment from the pictures that we saw online on the booking website yet all of the pictures posted on the website not one of them match the apartment we had. As I stated, when we arrived on Friday, the floor in the bathroom was flooded. There was a broken pipe in the bathroom leaking water We called for someone to come and bring us some towels and a bucket, the gentleman came and said, he couldn’t do anything about, but he bought a bucket to mop the floor. The bucket was disgusting. The mop was disgusting. The water was dripping constantly, the bucket to filled two times during the night we had to empty the bucket. In the morning the man returned with something to fix the leak. The shower curtain was 10 cm too short for the shower plate so when we shower, the water ended up on the floor. I wrote to the contact, we were told that this was for security reasons that the curtain was shorter and was hanging outside of the shower. I don’t understand what security reasons. This was a very disappointing stay if I make a review, it will say dirty and disappointing.

Ήταν πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο και στα μαγαζιά. Ο χώρος ήταν καθαρός και το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό. Ο ενοικιαστής του διαμερίσματος ήταν πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει σε οποιαδήποτε απορία είχαμε και ήταν πολύ φιλόξενος. Μας είχε ψωμί τοστ, τυριά, ζαμπόν, μαρμελάδα και φρυγανιές, όπως επίσης και 4 μπουκαλάκια με νερό, όσα άτομα ήμασταν στο Airbnb. Το διαμέρισμα που μέναμε είχε 2 μπαλκόνια και βλέπαμε τόσο την πίσω μεριά του κτηρίου όσο και τον καθεδρικό ναό του Αγίου Βασιλείου. Αν ήθελες, είχε και πυλωτή για να παρκάρεις το αυτοκίνητο, αλλά ευτυχώς δεν είχαμε θέμα με το παρκάρισμα και είχαμε βρει σημεία για να αφήσουμε το αυτοκίνητο.

Ο χώρος δεν ήταν αρκετά άνετος για 4 άτομα για να κινηθούν μέσα στο διαμέρισμα. Ωστόσο, ήταν πουλ θετικό το γεγονός ότι υπήρχε καναπές που γινόταν διπλό κρεβάτι. Επίσης, κάποιες συσκευές αργούσαν να λειτουργήσουν, οπότε αν ήθελες να μαγειρέψεις ήθελε υπομονή. Στην δική μας περίπτωση, επειδή μείναμε για λίγες μέρες, δεν χρειάστηκε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε την κουζίνα πάρα μόνο μία στιγμή.
