TINY ART HOUSE near the beat

The unit was perfect for a cozy night's sleep and all the amenities needed when traveling. The amount of information and pre-arrival message was very comforting to know that the owner is ready to welcome guests! Everything was smooth. The communication was great. Location was in a very quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again!

As mentioned prior to arrival, the hot water only runs for around 5 mins, which was a bit difficult but it was not too bad.

It was a great place. My wife loved it. And if anyone I know are heading to Sacramento I'll be sure to let them know about this place.

It was clean, they made the best of that little space, it is colse to UC Davis hospital (if that's important to you).

I thought it was a small house, not a shed. I felt like I'm sleeping in someone's garage. The insulation is not great, so when it was windy or colder at night, it was cold in between the heating periods (and with the heating higher it was too hot). I woke up many times being cold. You can hear everything, likely bc of poor insulation, which kept me up many nights. There was no chair, and only a mini table, so my laptop had to be stored next to the sink, with my purse on the table. No space to pack your clothes out. Could not work in the bed, there is a gap at the head part, and couldn't get comfortable sitting on the bed to work on my laptop (and there is no other place to work). With a bigger car, moving your car in and out to park in front of this place is not easy - but doable. And to be fair, you can park on the street.
