Delight Marvel - Cades Place

Excellent location (for us!), good value, cosy, easy to move into, secure. Lovely garden.

Double mattress needs replacing urgently - the springs are in bad shape and it’s actually quite loud! Shower is in the bath, which is fine but there needs to be a wall handle to grip for those less sure on their feet. The arm chair in the living room is small, cheap and uncomfortable.

Very quiet area with gated access . Property very clean and looks recently decorated, All nice and warm .

It was comfortable and everything we needed

A finger nail was found in the bedding in the double bed. Putting the grill on the cooker was complicated and could have helped to have instructions. One evening was chilly and couldn't find out wehee to put the heating on.

The house was great for our purposes, but a bit further from the centre of Maidstone than I had expected - my mistake. Mostly absolutely fine. A bit more cutlery would be useful so as not to run a half-empty dishwasher, and if the dishwasher was open, you couldn’t open the kitchen door, but this is not my house - for a few days it is no big deal. Generally well equipped.

Good position with allocated parking. Milk in fridge and several items to help with the first few days cooking. Most things you’d need for a week away. Comfortable beds.

Would of liked a full length mirror but wasn’t terribly important. Wasn’t really anything we disliked.

Comfortable accommodation in a nice, quiet residential area. Very clean and well equipped for our needs. The decor is pleasant, the furniture is comfortable.

I would have liked blackout curtains in the bedrooms, a bread knife and more plates and breakfast bowls. The hedge in front of the house could be trimmed to make the parking easier.
