The insides are great.

Air conditioning was uneven, esp in the room with bunk beds.

Was clean has everything you need.

The carpet was slightly damp. Think they might of cleaned it before us arriving.

It was pet friendly. When I'm with my dogs, I want a full kitchen. The main room was comfortable as was the couch. It was just a 5-minute drive to downtown SLO.

Calling it a bungalow is a stretch - bungalow to me implies cute which it was not. It was fine inside but Coastal Creek Village which is a very small trailer park has little landscaping and a few very run down trailers in it - the area is fairly industrial other than lots of other trailer parks. Unit 2 which we stayed in was 1 trailer away from a very busy road, so it was a bit noisy. That said, if you're not planning on hanging out in your trailer all day, it's a fine, clean, more cost-effective than a lot of other options place to stay with your fur babies and kids. I do think the carpet could use a shampooing though, but the rest was clean. The bed in the 2nd room is definitely for kids. My daughter is 5 ft 7 and her feet were hitting the bar on the lower bunk. Top bunk doesn't have a tall railing so if you have a roller, beware.
