Nous avons été très bien accueillis, l'hote est serviable et disponible. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Très bonne literie. Très bien situé. Location de vélo à proximité pour se rendre aux différents sites touristiques. Parking gratuit à proximité. Je recommande vivement.

Buona posizione. Facilmente raggiungibili le principali punti di interesse di Valencia.

Descrizione fuorviante. Di fatto si tratta di una stanza privata in un appartamento condiviso, posto al quarto piano di un condominio degli anni 90. Pareti sottili e assenza di insonorizzazione acustica. Se capita di trovare condomini ineducati è un problema. A noi è successo per due notti e non è stato piacevole. Pulizia abvastanzazapprossimativa, ma diciamo ok per qualche giorno. Soluzione scelta per la presenza del bidet. Non ci ritornerei ( a valencia si!)

El trato de Kiara y su disposición y flexibilidad a facilitarte tu estancia. Es muy educada y deja detalles de cortesía. La cama comodisima.

Para aparcar por la zona, cuesta un poco a veces.

The apartment has two private rooms with their own bathrooms and a shared living room/kitchen. There were no problems during my stay, everything was functional, clean and the location is great - short walk from the Arts and Sciences, and there's a bus stop nearby with lines taking you to the city center in 20 minutes or so. There's free street parking, although finding a spot can sometimes be a bit of a challenge. And Kiara was an amazing host, thoughtful and with a flexible check-in time as well as good recommendations of local cafes and restaurants.

The bed was OK, but the bed frame is a bit noisy (creaks and squeaks) whenever you move and the mattress has already seen its best days. It might also be easy to misjudge the booking description that says each room has their own kitchenette, which is not true - the kitchen and living room areas are shared between the different rooms. For that reason I think the price could also be a bit lower, especially during the off-season.
