"Great location, comfortable enough but a little tired"

Ideally located house for a gig we attended nearby and great that there was off-road parking

House was a little tired and could do with a refresh , nothing at all in the house no teabags coffee etc very basic

Very convenient location for city centre access, comfortable house, quiet residential area. Off street parking. Very clean and well equipped property. Useful shop just across the road.

Nothing. I checked out the property and area before booking and got pretty much what I was expecting.

Location, Brilliant for what we needed. Nice and quiet area. Driveway for parking. Lovely and clean well aired and fresh. Well presented house. Beds very comfortable. Lovely neighbours Garden, managed to sit outside in the sun for a few hours before heading out into Liverpool for a show. Communication with host was good

"Good location, served us well for one night"

The house is in a great location for the Baltic Market/city centre, and did the job for a one-night stay. The host was very friendly and communicative. The house was clean, although the fridge wasn't. I would say (constructively) that the property could do with some TLC / general maintenance, as some fixtures and fittings are looking quite worn.
