Holiday Plus - Palatine Road

Location was good. Clean.

This is not ideal for Family’s it more of a stag do / hen party place. There was not kitchen, windows don’t close properly. Big wall hanger was hanging off wall. You could not prepare any food as only had microwave / fridge no kitchen washed few breakfast bowls in bathroom not ideal. More of a party pad than for family’s. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Apartment up stairs was very load crashing around day and night.

The property was close to what we needed and staff were very helpful.

It was quite run down. A lick of paint would so wonders and a good clean. Cables hanging out if the walls aren’t great when you have children in the apartment.

We had a good stay and I can’t lie the place is great for Blackpool - BUT we never hot our deposit back and was landed with excuse after excuse saying the bank was holding it this wasn’t true. We had friends stay the same weekend and they all got there’s back we left the place tidy clean (all rubbish was bagged and in a corner no damages done)

The property was clean and it is close to Blackpool town and easily accessible .

We booked this apartment for two adults and one child (6 years old) because it was listed as having one double bed and one sofa bed. However, when we arrived, the sofa bed was broken. A maintenance person came to check and confirmed that it couldn’t be used. We requested an alternative sleeping arrangement or a partial refund, but we didn’t get a response until the next morning. As a result, the three of us had to share one double bed, which was very uncomfortable. There were also no basic cleaning supplies like a mop, broom, or toilet brush, which made it difficult to keep the place tidy. In addition, the central heating was not working properly — even at the highest setting, it didn’t get warm enough. While the location was fine, the overall experience was disappointing due to these issues. I hope the management addresses these problems for future guests.
