Absolutely fantastic stay! This property is exceptionally well-maintained and easily ranks as one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. The villa itself offers a wonderful sense of space with generously sized rooms and ample common areas. We particularly loved the super nice and clean sweeping pool and the lush green garden – perfect for relaxation. What truly set this experience apart was the incredible host. Their friendly and helpful nature shone through from the start, going above and beyond by arranging airport pickup for my entire family. This thoughtful gesture made our arrival so smooth and stress-free. The property boasts excellent amenities, including three TV screens and lovely views. We also appreciated the peace of mind that came with staying in a very secure area. While the location offers tranquility, it's also conveniently located just a short 20-minute drive from the airport. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and only wish our stay could have been longer. Without a doubt, this is a top-tier property, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious, and well-cared-for retreat.

The pool was cold. Good for when it’s very hot, but not for the time we visited

Water was getting cold in the shower- had to call Mohcine who was very helpful

Property has been maintained well. One of the best properties I have stayed, Landlord is very friendly and helpful. Helped in airport pickup which costed 40 EUR for two cars to pickup 12 guests. The property is very good and wish we would have stayed long. The rooms are good size. Only downside was the hot water in the basement floor, but all other can be rated top. There was a minor accident and we broke a bed side table and informed the landlord in time. Overall good property and 20 mins drive from Airport.

The basement washroom has no hot water and did let us down all two days. Once this problem is fixed, not much to comment on the property facilities.

Very spacious, well equipped and very clean. Friendly host.

Location, far from any amenities such as shop or transport. Lots of building work going on around the property so often noisy and felt like we were on a building site. You need a car to stay here but driving in Marrakech would require more bravery than we had. Said it was a golf resort but there was only 1 restaurant which was 30 minutes walk and absolutely nothing else.
