MINA modern & cozy apartment main city square GTC Skopje

The place was really nice, spacious, clean and stylish. Heated as the weather was cool. Enough warm water from the boiler too. Location very good, nice restaurants close. Our host was incredibly helpful and attentive, taking care of even the smallest details. The apartment was exceptionally well-equipped, with everything we could possibly need

The apartment was like a 5-star hotel. You will find everything you need for comfortable stay. The free parking garage under the building with 24/7 security was bonus. The location is the best one in Skopje, in the top center. Hosts are awesome!!! They really care about them guests. We will come again for sure.

The best rental we’ve stayed at! Like all the reviews have said, everything is perfect! Location is fantastic, apartment is spacious, pristine, and well equipped, with balcony views of the mountains and view of the Arc. Rina is the most gracious of hosts and available to answer questions and provide information about her wonderful city. If ever in Skopje again will stay here and would recommend to anyone.

The best accommodation I have ever stayed at – it had everything and was perfectly prepared. The whole stay was flawless. The room was beautifully lit, spacious, and had everything I could think of. The owner is very kind and helpful – even from a distance, she takes care of your stay and is always ready to help with any problems.

Probably the nicest apartment we've been in for a reasonable price. Very clean, you will find everything you need. The landlady thought about even the smallest details. You will find ampoules for the dishwasher, napkins, umbrella, tea, coffee... The apartment is located next to the main square and no more than 400 meters from all important tourist attractions. The building is part of the oldest shopping center and everything you need is at hand. The only thing we didn't like is that the shopping center is not renovated and looks really old, but that doesn't come into the rating of the apartment at all. We will surely come again.

Nothing could have been improved on.

We have traveled to many countries and visited many b&b's and hotels over a couple of decades. This was my fourth time returning to Skopje, and due to the location, cleanliness and extremely reachable host, we would've easily been able to stay here for months with no issues. We have yet to experience this degree of service and we really felt taken care of by the host. This apartment is thoroughly renovated and facilitates for whatever needs a family could ask for, there really were no compromises in terms of room size, internet connectivity, TV, WC you name it. Storage solutions were also well thought out and the air quality/temp was on par with what we are used to at home, definitely on par! To top it off, the view over the city and mount Vodno is spectacular, pricing very reasonable and the location is just top notch. There is a fairly big shopping center in crawling distance with supermarkets, clothing stores, electronics appliances stores and great breakfast/lunch spots 360 degrees within 50 meters distance. Weather you are staying for a weekend or for a longer time, this will be a very convenient and safe home to stay in.

Having to leave

Very central location. Close to tourist attractions everything is walking distance. It’s Literally above a mall so shopping restaurants are in your doorstep. Very quiet. Very modern apartment, recently renovated, very clean, complete kitchen amenities provided, coffee and tea provide. There is Microwave a toaster. It’s literally a home away from home. Great views from the balcony and bedroom. Great washer and it has an almost dry option so the clothes can be dried easily. Great living room. Separate kitchen and dining area. Separate toilet and bath so great for big families. Can easily fit 3 adults. Very fast WiFi was able To work the entire time without problems. Free parking onsite with in and out privileges without problems. Lastly, amazing host Ms. Mina and her husband are very friendly. Ms Mina is very responsive and will give you a lot of info or insights about the city or even the country. Amazing stay.

The a/c is only in the living room but if you open the bedroom door the cold air comes in as the set up of the a/c was central to the room.
