Nook Cottage Seaside Charm & Countryside Calm

We had a lovely stay at Nook Cottage. You can really tell how much care and thought has gone into the property. The cottage was cosy, comfortable and spotlessly clean, with lots of small touches that made the stay feel easy and welcoming. The décor, colour schemes and furnishings were lovely and the beds were very comfortable with fresh sheets. The location was also great for exploring Newquay and the surrounding coastline, with beaches nearby and plenty to do within easy reach. Some of our highlights were sunset at Holywell Bay, walking through the fields towards Watergate Bay, visiting Porthcurno Beach and the Minack Theatre and the steam/sauna at nearby Porth Leisure complex. Overall, it felt like a very high-quality stay and we would happily recommend Nook Cottage to others visiting Cornwall.

Could do with another chopping board (making it 2) in the kitchen e.g. one for meats and other for fruit/vegetables. But that is a minor fix. We would happily go back to the cottage as it is.

A very well, modern decorated, clean cottage house. You have everything you need including the beach toys for kids, PS4, and many more. This is our fav cottage house so far ☺️

Hübsches kleines Cottage mit vielen kleinen Extras, die den Aufenthalt wunderbar gemacht haben. Alles war wunderschön dekoriert. Und es gab eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit im Kühlschrank.

Die Betten war leider nicht so bequem und die gewaschene Wäsche konnte nicht gut im Haus trocknen. Zudem fanden wir, dass der Wasserstrahl in der Dusche zu gering war.

So clean, well decorated, everything you could need. Great location, walking distance to the beach. Beautiful countryside views.

We loved the quite location outside of newquay. Good parking and the apartment felt really cozy and homely. We loved coming home to it and also enjoyed the outdoor seating arrangement. All clean and good equipped.

Very clean, comfortable and well equipped cottage. Extremely quiet and peaceful setting with plenty of parking. Well situated for walking the coastal path. Beautiful beaches and plenty to do locally. Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project nearby. Lots of thoughtful touches in the cottage including a lovely cream tea provided on arrival. Plenty of tea and coffee available as well as milk in the fridge. Thank you Jo, you are an exceptional host.

Well maintained property. Facilities are great. Have free parking. Nice for 2Adults and 2Children.
