Modern Nordic 1 Bedroom Condo near Eastwood, Quezon City

Looked ok. Smelled ok. Aircon was cold.

- Checking in was a hassle. The owner didn’t seem to coordinate with the building staff because it took them ages to confirm. Even though I followed all instructions. - Wasted 25+ mins just waiting for the building admin to confirm with the host. - Paid for parking but someone else was parked there. Wasted another 10+ mins. - Parking was “tandem” so you will be rudely disturbed in the middle of your stay to move your parking. - There were no hand towels and kitchen towels. It’s like the plates are just meant for decoration because it’s not easy to eat there without any kitchen towels/ dining towels. - Host ignored a couple of my queries. - Location wasn’t great. Circulo verde isn’t nice place to hang out. No supermarkets nearby. Just an alfamart. - Curtains were so old; they had holes in them. Worked like a natural alarm clock in the daytime even if you want a good night’s rest.

Aside from parking all service are good but there is small cockroaches under the kitchen sink

Clean, classy and elegant place. Very accessible to amenities. Host is very attentive and interactive. I appreciate her help so much.

The 5th person accommodation was a bit challenging, there a a mattress provided but had to lay close to under the sink. The place is a very comfortable place a a couple plus 1 person.
