The apartment was very clean, spacious, quiet and functional, easy check-in/out procedure. Location was good. There is a supermarket and many nice restaurants within walking distance. Golden host/owner, always attentive and helpful. Contact with the host was easy througout our stay.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is located close to the center, near to shops, bars and resraurants. The neighborhood is quiet. The apartment is very clean, equipped with everything you need, pots, cutlery, fridge, iron, coffe machine, hair dryer, air conditioning.

The apartment is perfect for our group of two with the two bedrooms each with a queen bed. The laundry was a must for us and was great to have that access. Everything was easy from the booking to the stay to the checkout. Cate was amazingly attentive and responsive to our needs and requests. The location was perfect, just off the main area in Rusafa, so quiet, but an easy quick walk to restaurants and markets.

Mimi's property is convenient and comfortable, the AC was perfect (as our stay was during a heat wave). The neighborhood felt safe, getting around on rented bikes gave us fluidity with our plans.

The location is excellent, you are within walking distance to the Ocenarium, Central Park, supermarkets (I recommend Mercadona, we loved it) and other attractions. The apartment is equipped with everything that you would need for your stay including consumables such as paper towels for the kitchen, toiletries, iron and ironing table etc The washer and dryer are a big plus, especially if you are visiting during the summer months and decide to go to the see. The owners are very nice, and will offer to help with any additional information you may need. What came as a very nice surprise is that they offered a complementary cleaning service of the appartment due to the fact that our stay was longer then 5 days. Everything was as expected, the location is safe and quiet during the night. Would definitely recommend!

We loved staying in this apartment. It had everything we needed and close enough for us to walk most places. We really enjoyed having the kitchen and washer and dryer after staying in hotels. The communication with the host was the best I’ve encountered on booking or Airbnb. I knew she was always just a text message away if we needed anything.

Great stay at the apartment and the host was excellent. The place is a decent size and very clean. The location is in a great neighborhood and everything was in walking distance.

Some slight noise due to ground floor but nothing really bad
