"Lovely, lovely, lovely."

This is the sweetest single storey extension to a lovely house on a very quiet residential road you could wish for. It's beautifully arranged, so it has its own gate to a private section of garden with a deck and eating area. The apartment is spacious, stylish, and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen/living room, a double bedroom, and a spacious shower room. But its best features are its remoteness, hidden away down intriguing country lane after country lane, and its hostess, Amanda, so welcoming and hospitable. We LOVED our stay. Thank you so much, Amanda.

There was nothing we didn't like. A constructive idea might be a grab rail in the lovely spacious shower. They already thought of a bath mat. Also, if you're less physically able, the double bed is a tight fit in the bedroom, so twin beds might make the space a little less tricky.

"Lovely apartment in quiet location but within reach of many places to see and beaches."

Lovely independent apartment with its own garden, more spacious than expected with everything we needed. Good quality equipment and furnishings and modern heaters - able to control our own heating. Friendly owner, very helpful. Peaceful surrounding, chickens next door.

Bed is low to the ground and a bit on the firm side - just a personal preference. very narrow roads leading to the village - not a problem for us but might be for some drivers.

"Peaceful, comfortable base for exploring the Tamar Valley"

The place was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. Bigger than I expected. Really useful to be able to control when we wanted the heating on as the weather was quite varied during our stay. Nice little garden to look out onto and to sit in. Friendly helpful hosts. Plenty of places to visit in the area and some great walks.
