Rien car le propriétaire a annulé la réservation le jour même et proposant un autre bien excentré sans intérêt. Réaction de ce dernier lorsqu’on lui a demandé d’annuler la réservation : silence radio (depuis 4 jours au moment où j’écris ce message)

Inadmissible. J’attends un retour de Booking sur ce dossier qui a ce jour n’est rien d’autre qu’une arnaque.

Nothing my reservation was cancelled the day before made my mums 80th birthday very stressful have tried calling texting and email but noone is getting back to me to get a refund!

Really clean and great location. Perfect for a night out in Brighton

La situation et la deco

Lovely looking little flat, it’s a bit of a Tardis inside. Comfortable enough with eight in there.

People upstairs were very loud until 4am, might be another rental and we just got unlucky

It was In a great location, most places are walking distance. It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped.

The beds were very uncomfortable. One of them had slats missing, the two pull out beds were very uncomfortable. The mattresses were very thin which meant you touched the floor all night. The sofa bed isn’t designed for two people, we had to pull the second sofa over to make it big enough. The bedding was stained and had hairs in, also the bedding felt damp. The carpet smelt strange- almost like wee. The bathroom was very unsafe, there is no non slit mat in the bath or on the floor. The floor itself is made of tiles and is very slippy when wet. One of the guests slipped while getting out the bath. She cut her head open and needed to go to a&e to get it glued. The extractor fan also leaked with the heavy rain water was coming down the walls out of it. The step from the kitchen to the garden is broken and caused a few of us to trip over. Considering we paid over £600 to stay here for 2 nights im very disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this place until the above is addressed.

Location was great and we were able to drop our stuff off before check in and were provided with towels.

There was a strong smell of damp and the apartment wasn't very clean. We tried to move one of the pull out beds out and it was broken and the wall was damp and the bedding was dusty so we ended up using the sofa bed. The bathroom had a strong smell of damp, with no working extractor fan and had a used contact lens stuck on the light switch. The toilet is in-between the bedroom and the door is a slatted cupboard door so you do not get any privacy. The mattresses were lumpy and uncomfortable and far too many decorative cushions with nowhere to put them in the small rooms.
