Comfy and close to where we needed to be

There was some glass residue on the floor when we arrived and the staff on the phone weren’t the most helpful when I tried to get into the apartment but I ended up figuring it out

Nothing cosy about it it smelt of drugs the window was open didn’t feel secure there was No TV it stunk we walked in and walked out it was like an being in a care home The door looked like it had been kicked in the walls and blinds were yellow of Nicotine got a full refund had to pay a security fee had to book somewhere else wasn’t happy at all

Near our work

No tv !!! In a flat for 400 a week , were not impressed at all...also were given the wrong code for entry and had to wait out side for an hour at 9pm at nighr...not great untill after trying 4 or 5 different codes for entry.

It was nice and big, much space and storage space for 4 people and all of their luggage and clothes. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and everything was perfectly clean. Having a second bathroom in the main bedroom was also a huge plus. It was in a great location, with direct access to a bus stop if needed. The staff was also extremely helpful and attentive, with great response times. We would highly recommend this place, as well as the agency Pillow Partners. Thank you for a great stay!

Nice and spacious, it was lovely and warm when you wanted it to be. The water pressure was very good.

Both the shower heads weren't working properly, one broke and squirted out the side and be other was too heavy and kept falling off it's holder. The flat was fairly clean, but the cleaning fee was £100 and it was definitely not £100 clean.

1990 property no tv.? And have the cheak to apply £100.00 damage charge. The place is old Its like renting out a granny apartment??

Very clean, comfortable, everything we needed at the apartment, and it was the perfect location for what I needed.
