"Fantastic Apartment/Great Location"

Very clean and comfortable apartment, in a central area of Como. It was well equipped and had everything we needed. A few minutes walk to the lake and ferry terminal, and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Cristina was fantastic to deal with. Always responded very quickly to my queries. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Location

Parking, even requested, was not available and we were not informed. Towels and bed for the 3rd traveller were not ready. Communication with provider awful. Shower with mold between tiles (picture available). Reminder for check out received shortly after arrival. Email for rating saying: "If you rate me 10 I will rate you as guest 10..." What the hell is with people? Do they really accept such kind of poor service and communication????
